How it works

- Each recommended project appears in your Decision Center as the Advisor's suggestion; it joins the properties you check only when you add it.
What it never does
- It never verifies a deal, computes transfer-day cash or reads a payment plan — the System does that.
- It never promises a UAE residency outcome, such as the Golden Visa, and never models bank finance.
- It never ranks the market; it recommends only from the UAE projects published on the platform.
